Olivier Rousteing, appointed head of Balmain in 2011, is celebrating his tenth anniversary as artistic director of the haute-couture and ready-to-wear house this year. A young prodigy in the world of luxury, he has made his mark by reviving the Balmain name with his glamorous and non-conformist style.
To mark the occasion and celebrate this decade of success with the brand, Olivier Rousteing's teams decided to thank him by preparing a tailor-made surprise: during his daily journey from his home to Balmain's headquarters in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, the artistic director was able to discover a new Balmain campaign, specially deployed in his honour. The visuals feature a clever collage of the house's most iconic silhouettes, as well as the hashatg #BalmainArmy, which Olivier Rousteing has made his signature on social networks.
